Individual family visits to our crib
This year, due to the pandemic, we were unable to hold our usual family nativity service. As an alternative families were invited to book a visit to the crib and enjoy their own 'personal nativity' in our decorated and atmospherically lit church.
We have made a short video to give a taste of the experience.
Worship at St Richard's 3 January
Due to the increasing rate of Covid-19 cases in the area, Mass will only be celebrated in church on Sundays and Solemnities, these Masses will also be live streamed onto the St Richard's Facebook page. From Tuesday 19th January Mass will be livestreamed on most days during the week.
For details see the worship calendar below.
Unfortunately the church will not be open for private prayer the week beginning Sunday 3 January.
If you would like someone prayed for, or a prayer made on your behalf, click here (only Fr Chris will see your prayer request).
Supporting our community
We will continue to open to receive donations for the Haywards Heath Foodbank on Tuesdays 10:00- 12:00 and Fridays 14:00 - 16:00.
We also continuing to work with and support the Family Support Work (FSW) charity who help disadvantaged families in here in our community. You can support FSW by making donations of non-perishable foodstuffs, toiletries, games, books, puzzles for children etc. Even though the church is locked, it is possible to drop donations off, or to have them collected.
