Live and active!
Due to the second lockdown restrictions, which came into effect on 5th November, there will be no public worship at St Richard's for the next few weeks.
Worship will however continue online, and most of our Masses will be live streamed onto the St Richard's Facebook page. For details details and times of the Masses see the 'Worship Calendar' at the foot of this page.
The church will continue to open for private prayer, the times for which can be seen in the calendar below.
If you would like someone prayed for, or a prayer made on your behalf, click here (only Fr Chris will see your prayer request).
Supporting our community
We will also continue to open to receive donations for the Haywards Heath Foodbank on Tuesdays 10:00- 12:00 and Fridays 14:00 - 16:00.
We also continuing to work with and support the Family Support Work (FSW) charity who help disadvantaged families in here in our community. You can support FSW by making donations of non-perishable foodstuffs, toiletries, games, books, puzzles for children etc. Even though the church is locked, it is possible to drop donations off, or to have them collected.

To improve the safety of all who visit our church during the pandemic, we have made some temporary changes to the layout of the church; and certain areas will remain out of action. Fr Chris explains these changes in the short video, which may be viewed above.
If you would like to contribute financially towards the continuing work and mission of St Richard's, please click on the link below.
Our income has significantly reduced since the pandemic and lockdown started, but unfortunately our ongoing costs remain largely unchanged. So all donations will be gratefully received.
