Volunteers' pageDuring the COVID-19 pandemic, St Richard's Church will be used as a drop off point for donations to the Haywards Heath Foodbank.
Volunteers are required to be at church to accept donations on Tuesdays and Fridays - these will be divided into one hour slots. There will also be a slot to on Mondays to pick up donations and deliver to the Baptist Church in Sussex Road. Please use the form below to indicate which sessions you would be able to make on a regular basis (tick as many boxes as apply) and complete a separate form for each person who is volunteering. A monthly schedule will be drawn up and published here (First names only). At the foodbank There are two ways in which help is needed at the foodbank: packaging up food parcels and delivering food parcels. These activities are being coordinated by the foodbank. If you want to volunteer to help make up the food parcels (st the Baptist Church) or deliver food parcels, on behalf of the foodbank, tick the appropriate box; your email address will then be passed to the coordinator at Haywards Heath Foodbank, who will send you an application form. Social distancing rules will be strictly adhered to for all volunteering activities, |
