PARISH CHURCH of
St Richard
Sydney Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex RH16 1QE

The Church Hall was built in 1962 in the grounds behind the Church following the sale of the original site of the Tin Mission Church further down Sydney Road on its junction with Church Avenue.
It is a very pleasant hall measuring 11.6 metres by 6.4 metres with a well polished maple wooden floor of dance quality. There are good electrical ceiling radiant heaters and wall mounted cold air fans.
The hall with its small but well equipped kitchen and toilets is very functional and serves the community well.
Tea/Coffee is taken in the hall following the 10 am Sung Mass each Sunday allowing time for a good chat with friends or as a welcoming to newcomers.
Currently the hall is home to many diverse groups within the community who use the building regularly.
The Church Hall (Overview)

The Church Hall was used for a Diocesan Course on the Creed during 2009 ‘Forward in Faith’ meetings together with a variety of local lettings.
Also it is currently utilised by the Cuckfield Deanery Committee of the Chichester Diocesan Family Support Work for their AGMs.
